CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PRECAUTIONS

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are reducing client traffic in our branches. Please contact your branch office by phone, or email your Broker and they will assist with determining if you need to attend in person or if we can service you remotely. Please visit the Locations part of our website for our contact information for each branch. Thank you for your cooperation as we all maneuver through this time of uncertainty.

BRANCH HOURS UPDATE

As of Friday, May 8th, all of our offices will be open to customers for MPI transactions only.

The health and safety of our clients, staff and communities is still our top priority. We will continue to follow the guidelines set out by Health Canada. Social distancing measures will be in effect, along with a maximum of 2 customers in-branch. 

Our insurance professionals are available to assist you over the phone or email with MPI transactions and all Home, Farm and Business insurance inquiries. 

When visiting us, please respect social distancing both outside and inside the branch. We will provide hand sanitizer prior to interacting with our staff and markers on the floor. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not enter the branch.

We appreciate your continued support and ask for your patience as we phase in procedures to return to full operations.
