The health and safety of our clients, staff and our communities is our top priority. As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak continues to evolve, One Insurance is evaluating the situation on a daily basis to ensure we are taking all the proper measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff, along with their families and local communities.

For this reason, we have made the decision to close our branches to public access until further notice. Please note that our staff will continue to service their clients needs throughout the closure, and most requests can be handled by phone or by e-mail.

If you require assistance during this crisis, please phone one of our locations to speak with an insurance broker. The contact information for our locations can be found under the “locations” tab.

We also would like to advise you of some payment options available:

1. Insurer Website: pay direct to your insurer via their website (you will need you policy number to complete these transactions - contact us for assistance)

2. Credit card payment over the phone at any of our locations

To ensure the safety of our staff members, if your request requires you to meet with a broker in-person, you will be asked a series of screening questions before scheduling an appointment.
