The health and safety of our clients and staff remains our top priority. As we continue to monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation, One Insurance is taking all the proper measures to ensure our staff and customers are in a safe environment by following the Provincial Health authority regulations as found on the government website specific to the Coronavirus.  We would like to remind our customers that our offices remain open for business. The Public Health Agency of Canada issued a recommendation that anybody who has returned from international travel within the last 14 days stay home and self-quarantine for 2 weeks following their return, and social distancing is also recommended to reduce the potential spread of the virus as instructed by the World Health Organization.

We are encouraging staff to stay at home if not feeling well, we are increasing our schedule of sanitizing high touch areas within our branches. We are asking our customers if you have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days to please refrain from attending our branches and to respect the 14 day self-quarantine requirement as noted above.

1. Insurer Website: pay direct to your insurer via their website (you will need you policy number to complete these transactions - contact us for assistance)

2. Credit card payment over the phone at any of our locations
