Darlingford, MB – August 11, 2017 – BSI Insurance has donated $2000 to the Darlingford Fire Department for the purchase of a new set of Jaws. Their current set of Jaws has a cutting strength capacity of 26,000 lbs and no longer meets the requirements to cut through the stronger metal used on newer vehicles. The new set of Jaws will have a capacity of 120,000 lbs cutting strength giving them more opportunity to respond effectively to accidents and help the surrounding community. The Darlingford Fire Department has raised $12,250 of their $40,000 fundraising goal. This donation is done in part with the BSI – Because We Care initiative.
